  • Do you ship outside the United States?

    We're sorry, but we do not ship outside of the United States for orders placed online.

  • Do you ship to PO Boxes?

    We’re sorry, but we do not currently offer shipping to P.O. Box addresses. Please use a valid street address in the United States during the checkout process.

  • When will I receive my order?

    Somfy ships your product order from the warehouse closest to you to speed delivery to your door. Make sure to select your desired shipping type during the checkout process (Standard delivery, Two-day shipping, or Overnight) for estimated shipping times. You will receive a tracking number via e-mail for your order once it has been processed by our warehouse. Due to shipping delays related to COVID, your items may arrive later than expected.     To initiate a return, please click here. A Somfy Store team member will contact you with a required Return Merchandise Authorization number and further instructions. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of our receipt of your merchandise and will be credited back to the same payment method used on your order.
